The Spatula is wonderful for flipping and turning food.  It’s also great for getting things out of pans (like brownies)!!  The spatula itself is not over wide as some can tend to be, and can withstand temperatures to  400 degrees.

The Ladle Spoon is perfect for soup, stew, chili, gravy or anything “hearty”. 

The Slotted Spoon easily allows liquids to drain through the slots as you remove foods from pans.

The Stirring Spoon is perfect for pretty much everything, and I find myself using it on a daily basis.  The spoon itself is  not too small like some stirring spoons tend to be, making it easy to “taste test” as well as stir!

My favorite thing about these cooking utensils is the way the handle is designed.  It has a unique shape with a little hook type concept built in so you can safely rest your spoon (spatula, etc) on the side of your pot or pan and it rests comfortably on the side and doesn’t “fall in” and get covered with whatever you’re cooking. 

All items have silicone covered handles and they are available in blue, black or red.  They are also dishwasher safe!!  I feel more comfortable using these utensils instead of my other ones when I use things like the crock pot or pressure cooker because of their durability and the fact that they are very well made.

The NESCO® 4-in-1 Pressure Cooker makes cooking fun and easy!!

I work full time and some days have a two hour drive back and forth to the office!! The last thing I want at the end of the day is something frozen, boxed or prepared for dinner!!  The Nesco 4-in-1 Pressure Cooker makes it super easy to have a yummy, home cooked nutritious dinner every night of the week!!

When I received this to review, I was a bit intimidated.  I remember my mom and her old fashioned pressure cooker 40+ years ago!!  Most of all, I remember how wonderful everything that came out of it tasted, but I also remember her fear of it exploding.  After using this one time, I no longer had that fear!!

The Nesco 4-in-1 Pressure Cooker has some awesome built-in safety features which prohibit it from opening while under pressure. The NESCO® 4 Liter 4-in-1 Pressure Cooker is sealed  so as the pressure inside of it increases, the boiling point of the water increases, which allows the liquid to rise to a higher temperature before boiling so food cooks up to 70% faster.  The inside cooking pot is removable, and it also comes with a removable rack

What really impresses me about this unit is the fact that it is four appliances in one: it’s a pressure cooker, a steamer, a slow cooker and a rice cooker.  It also has a browning setting so you can brown items directly in it beforehand and saving yourself an extra pot to wash!!  I tried this when I made a roast in it.  It was the most tender, juciest, mouth watering piece of meat I ever cooked!! I used the browning feature and browned the meat first, then added seasonings, carrots, potatoes, onions, garlic and water.  Not even an hour later we were sitting down to a delicious home cooked meal!!

Chicken with water and BBQ sauce added broke apart with a fork after 20 minutes in the Nesco 4-in-1 Pressure Cooker!!  Chicken and dumplings in less than 1/2 hour is something my family will eat EVERY night of the week!!

The inside rack is perfect to put the meat on if you’re making something like ribs!!

Parlsey potatoes were a HUGE hit!!

I simply cut up potatoes, added water, butter and parsley and cooked it for seven minutes. At the end of the cycle I vented the pot and we thoroughly enjoyed this tasty dish!! The potatoes were cooked perfectly. There were tender, were easy to “cut” with your fork, and literally melted in my mouth!!

The NESCO® 4-in-1 Pressure Cooker also has a warm setting to keep things just the right temperature until you’re ready to eat.
