As many of you know, Tim started the Nutrisystem program last week.

After one week on Nutrisystem he admits it was a lot easier than he anticipated it would be!!  Nutrisystem makes it so easy and convenient to stick to their plan and Tim was pleasantly surprised at the amount and variety of food he was able to eat.

I remember the first night he started the program. We were packing his lunch for the next day.  There came a point where he said ENOUGH~I don’t think anything else will fit in my lunch box~LOL!!

Tim’s first day on the program he had A BANANA MUFFIN and a protein shake for breakfast and  string cheese for a morning snack!!

Lunch consisted of Three Cheese Chicken, carrots, corn, a banana and 2 oz of ham!!

For his afternoon snack he had a CHOCOLATE DELIGHT BAR~He was delighted!!  (LOL, couldn’t resist)!

Dinner was beef and potatoes, green beans, peas, grapes and a pear!  He even had an ICE CREAM SANDWICH for an evening snack!!

Here’s Tim enjoying this evening’s dinner ~ Whole Wheat Ricotta Crepes!!

With the Nutrisystem diet you simply add your own vegetables, “power fuels” and “smart carbs” to the already prepared tasty Nutrisystem meals.

Tim says:  I like the variety of the food.  The Fresh Frozen Favorites are also becoming MY favorites.  I admit I never would have tried things like Moroccan Chicken before and I found it to be delicious.  I was expecting everything to be really bland and boring and it’s not like that at all-I haven’t found ANYTHING yet that I haven’t really enjoyed!!  The hardest part of my week has been not eating things like bread, and I really miss my milk and cookies every night!  In fact, I tried the Nutrisystem chocolate sandwich cookies today for the first time.  They were crunchy and I savored every last bite of those cookies!!  Not ONE CRUMB went to waste!!

Tim’s starting measurements one week ago were:

Weight:  250 lb
Upper Arms: 16″
Chest: 45″
Waist: 47″
Hips: 48″
Thighs: 24″

After one week on Nutrisystem, Tim’s measurements are now:

Weight:  245 lbs
Upper Arms:  16″
Chest: 45″
Waist: 47″
Hips: 47″
Thighs: 24″

It was very encouraging for Tim to have lost 5-lbs his first week on Nutrisystem.

His BEFORE PICTURES CAN BE FOUND HERE.

After one week on the program I have noticed his face looks thinner~Do you agree?

Tim and  I would absolutely love it if you followed his Nutrisystem Journey and words of encouragement are ALWAYS appreciated!!
