I decided to make cinnamon sugar almonds, and they could not have turned out better!! They reminded me of the super yummy nuts my family and I used to get when we traveled to Atlanta, Georgia for Cheersport Nationals every February!!
I used this very simple recipe!!
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with vegetable oil.3 1/4 cups whole almonds
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 egg white
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
